Welcome to Deca Coach. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it's used, and your rights regarding it.

Who we are

What we collect

Account information: Your email address, used solely for sign-in via magic link.
Session content: Videos and frames you upload for analysis, plus the metadata you provide (event details, jump heights, distances, etc.).
Analysis results: AI-generated feedback we produce from your uploads and store associated with your account.
Payment information: Payment details (card number, billing address) are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference for our records.
Technical data: Standard browser and device information, along with IP address, used for security and reliability.

How we use your data

To provide the AI biomechanical analysis service you signed up for.
To process payments and issue receipts.
To improve the quality of our analysis over time.
To communicate with you (sign-in links, important service updates).
To prevent abuse and keep the service secure for everyone.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in Dublin, Ireland (European Union). This means it benefits from strong GDPR protections under EU law.

Third parties we use

To deliver the service, we use the following carefully selected providers:

Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis processing — your videos and inputs are sent to Claude to generate feedback.
Supabase: Database storage and authentication.
Resend: Sending transactional emails (magic links, analysis sharing).
Stripe: Payment processing for paid sessions. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card data directly.
Vercel: Website hosting and serverless infrastructure.
Cloudflare: DNS management, basic security, and email routing.

Your rights (GDPR)

As a user, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your account and all associated data.
Export your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use minimal essential cookies only — for keeping you signed in and processing payments securely. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

Children

Deca Coach is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
